Notes on battery disposal

In connection with the distribution of batteries or the supply of devices containing batteries, the seller is obliged to inform you of the following:

You are legally obliged to return used batteries as end users. You can return batteries free of charge after use to the seller or to the designated collection points (for example in municipal collection points or in shops). You can also return the batteries by post to the seller. The seller will refund you the letter postage for the return shipment of your old battery in any case.

The symbols shown on the batteries have the following meaning:

= Battery must not be disposed of with household waste

    Pb = battery contains more than 0.004 mass percent lead
    Cd = battery contains more than 0.002% by mass of cadmium
    Hg = battery contains more than 0.0005% by mass of mercury. "
